Since 2015, Josep Plana is the founder of La Puta Suegra, International Wedding Agency and Bad Boys Agency with offices in New York and Barcelona.

He has developed projects for corporate clients such as Cartier, Puma, Puig, Socialpoint, Oysho, etc; also for private clients such as Sergio Ramos and Pilar Rubio, Kimbal Musk and Christiana Wyly, Pelayo Díaz and Andy Mcdougall, etc.

He have actively participated and collaborated in the training of students from different universities with different higher degrees, master's degrees and MBAs with the aim of transmitting knowledge to new generations of professionals. Academic mentoring at Esade, in the MBA end of Master 2020 project, in the Master's Degree in Institutional Relations, Event Management and Protocol at Blanquerna University, in the Faculty of Communication and Institutional Relations in the degree in Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing at the Sant Ignasi School of Tourism and Hotel Management, in the Executive Master's Degree in Business Tourism and Event Management, in the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, Innovation, Culinary Arts and Management at the Basque Culinary Center.
